Hodgkin lymphoma

A lymphoma in which scattered Reed–Sternberg cells draw in a crowd of normal immune cells. It spreads from one node group to the next and is usually curable.

ICD-10 C81.1On the lymph node2 stages

Installation

bunx shadcn@4.22.1 add @organui/hodgkin-lymphoma

This adds hodgkin-lymphoma.tsx, the disease's data and component, to your components directory. It is built on the disease viewer and reuses the models of the lymph node, which install with it.

View registry item JSON

Usage

import { HodgkinLymphoma } from "@/components/hodgkin-lymphoma"

export function HodgkinLymphomaDemo() {
  return <HodgkinLymphoma />
}

Every structure is a finding: affected structures are amber and spared ones muted. Select one, in 3D or in the panel, to read what the disease does there.

Course

Set stage or defaultStage to one of these. Each stage changes which structures are affected and the investigations to expect.

  1. Active "active"

    A painless neck node, sometimes with fever, night sweats and weight loss (B symptoms). Biopsy and PET-CT give the type and the stage.

    Affects 4 structures of the lymph node.

  2. Remission "remission"

    After chemotherapy such as ABVD, with or without radiotherapy. Most people are cured; follow-up watches for late effects of treatment.

    Affects 1 structure of the lymph node.

Without Panel

Hide the panel to place the model in your own layout, and choose the scale and stage with props.

Controlled

Drive the stage, scale and selection from your own state, such as a patient's timeline.
