This adds components/ui/differential-list.tsx, built on shadcn's components in your project's Base UI or Radix style.

API Reference

Differential list props
Prop	Description
`items`	{ id, name, confidence, code?, supporting?, against? }. confidence runs from 0 to 1; the list sorts by it.
`label`	Names the list. Defaults to "Differential diagnosis".

Notes

A model's confidence isn't a calibrated probability of disease, and the list says so below itself.

Each item's evidence opens on its own, so the list stays short until someone asks why.
